1. About Canary
Canary ("we", "us", "our") is a home health monitoring app that helps users identify potential health and safety risks in household products using AI-powered image analysis.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Canary mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
2. Not Medical Advice
The information provided by Canary is based on publicly available research and AI analysis. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any scan results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Canary. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Canary Unlimited Subscription
Canary offers a paid subscription ("Canary Unlimited") that unlocks unlimited product scans. Subscription details:
- Billing: Canary Unlimited is billed monthly. The price is displayed at the time of purchase in your local currency.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies. We do not process refunds directly.
- Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
